On Monday, August 19, 2019, Parisi Speed School Rockaway will be putting on a demo organized by Bill Dobbs.

Morris Rugby athletes are invited to the 6:30 pm session at Pocono Road field to work on speed training with certified Parisi Performance Coaches.

This is a great opportunity for players to learn how Parisi’s cutting-edge strength and speed training methods can improve rugby performance.

Parisi Rockaway has trained many athletes for success in collegiate athletics and on the world stage — including Women’s World Cup soccer star Tobin Heath!
