Join Morris Rugby in the breezeway at the Dover Moose Lodge as we resume Six Nations viewing this Saturday, 10/24: $10 entrance fee for adults (college-aged and under free) includes breakfast. Three matches on the following Saturday 10/31 will be shown so both breakfast and lunch will be served: $20 entrance fee for adults, $5 for high school and up, under free ($50 family max). As we all know, people are struggling during these difficult times — some more than others. As a club we want to help support those struggling to feed their families and therefore we will be collecting nonperishable food items, PPE, cleaning supplies and hygiene items for Hope House Dover NJ, part of Catholic Charities. Donations can be dropped off at the Dover Moose Lodge, (21 Sammis Avenue, Dover, NJ 07801) on Saturday 10/24 during the Six Nations match, Wednesday to Friday between 5–8 pm, or anytime during the day on Saturday 10/31.

Items needed are anything nonperishable but especially:

• PPE
• Cleaning supplies
• Hygiene items
• Canned meat
• Hot and cold breakfast items (pancake mix, etc.)

This volunteer opportunity involves submission of game schedules from Coaches for all Morris teams, youth and adult, to the Atlantic Health contact at the beginning of each season and confirmation on a weekly basis of any changes to Atlantic Health.

The coaching committee is a consulting extension of the Board of Trustees and helps with appointing coaches and setting and establishing minimum coaching requirements and certification for all coaching staff. The committee is also responsible for setting the benchmark for good practices in coaching and ensuring that all coaches operate in an ethical and responsible manner.

Brian has a wealth of rugby experience and knowledge to bring to the committee. He joins current committee members Kris O’Brien, John Sutherland, Eric Kinzer and Tom Feury. Congratulations Brian!

Rugby NJ is reorganizing their Board to handle the many programs provided in a much more efficient fashion. Board members, committee chairs and members are needed. If you love the sport of rugby and have some time to give, please consider helping Rugby NJ #growthegame!

Rugby NJ is seeking to fill these positions:

• Northern Development Officers – coordinate rookie rugby and new program inquires north of Rt 78.
• Compliance Officer – review team rosters, act as liaison with USA Youth & HS Committee on issues concerning Sportlomo.
• Committee Members – championship day, education committee, special events, college fair and combine.
