When: Monday, February 27th.
Appointment Times: 7:45 AM – 7:15 PM.
Where: Department of Blood Donor Services, 100 Madison Avenue, Deskovick Level B. Free Parking available: Please bring your parking ticket so it can be stamped.

Donation Age Requirements

•You must be 17 years old – 75 years old to donate blood.
•If you are 16 years old- you must have a signed parental permission form filled out by your parent or guardian.
•If you are 76 years old or older- you need a prescription from your doctor saying you can donate blood. Our FAX # is 973-898-1627.
