Annual Denville River Cleanup This Friday!!
Our annual volunteer opportunity to help maintain the health of the river by the Denville pitch is scheduled for this FRIDAY August 18th at 6 pm. This is a long standing tradition and all Morris Rugby programs should be attending. Meet at the pitch located on Pocono Road and we will walk the river length starting to the immediate right of our field and work our way towards St. Claire’s hospital to clear the river of branches/snags. The more hands, the faster this work gets completed. Please wear gloves/long sleeves/pants/boots. If you have ropes/saws/etc. please bring. We will work from 6 pm until dark, followed by some refreshments. If you have any questions, reach out to Donna Waliky at 973-229-4134 or [email protected]. We look forward to seeing you there! |
