Rugby New Jersey’s Annual College Fair & Combine This Weekend
Rugby New Jersey will be hosting their annual College Fair and Combine event, powered by the Sports Performance Lab, this Sunday, February 12th in Middletown, NJ. Over 40 colleges with rugby programs have been invited, with coaches and admissions representatives available to speak to athletes. Athletes will also complete a comprehensive assessment conducted by Rugby New Jersey. The registration fee is $35. All registered athletes will receive a complimentary t-shirt, and food/beverages will be available on site. |

Six Nations Viewing Parties Continue Tomorrow
Week two fixtures include Ireland vs France at 9:15 am on Saturday, followed by Scotland vs Wales at 11:45 am. Sunday, February 5th features England vs Italy at 10 am. $10 per person Saturday (no additional payment if you attend both days) and $5 per person Sunday includes light breakfast items. Hot food will be available for purchase, and the bar will be open! |

Volunteer Opportunity: Mac + Cheese Mayhem
Volunteers are needed to assist with the entrance process at the annual Mac + Cheese Mayhem. Part of the proceeds from this event benefit Morris Rugby! Celebrate Ralph Scoville at the Devils Game
Come out and honor Ralph Scoville at the Devils vs Canadiens game on Tuesday, February 21st at the Prudential Center. A portion of each ticket purchased will be donated to Morris Rugby in his memory. High School Girls Team Hosting Spaghetti Dinner
The HS girls team’s annual Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction will take place on Saturday, February 25th from 5-9 pm at the Moose. $10 per person includes: spaghetti, meatballs, sausage, salad, bread, dessert, nonalcoholic beverages (alcoholic beverages available to purchase). Kids 10 and under eat free! Gluten free spaghetti also available. Take out available. There will also be a silent auction. Follow the team’s Facebook page to see photos of the items the week before the fundraiser, and interested parties can put a bid on any items by replying to the item post. At 5 pm on the day of the event, the bidding will become in-person only, with all bidding closing at 8 pm and winners announced there. |

Morris Rugby’s AGM Is February 26th After Six Nations
Mark your calendar: Morris Rugby’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday, February 26th at the Dover Moose Lodge. Come to the Moose early for France v Scotland at 10 am. All players, coaches, program admins, volunteers, family and friends of Morris Rugby are invited to come hear about what’s happening with the corp. See you there! |

Support the Dover Moose Lodge’s Chili Cook-Off
Stick around at the Moose after the AGM for their Chili Cook-Off in memory of Ralph Scoville. The event will be held from 2–5 pm. $5 per person includes samples of all the chilis and an opportunity to vote for the best. Interested in entering a chili? Hats Off for Helmets Logo Contest Now Accepting Entries
Northern NJ Safe Kids / Safe Communities is holding its “Hats Off for Helmets” logo contest to raise awareness of helmet use in winter sports. Enter to win a season pass to Mountain Creek, a Pelican Sport Gift Certificate or a Zuke Board Shield for the 2023-2024 season! This contest is open to Middle School and High School-aged children and all entries must be received by March 1, 2023. See the attached application for more information. |

Volunteer Opportunity: Big Brew Beer Festival
Volunteers are needed to assist with the entrance process at the Northern New Jersey’s largest beer festival. The Big Brew Beer Fest returns to the Morristown Armory Saturday March 4, 2023. This event offers two sessions with over 175 styles of craft beer, fantastic music, delicious food and wonderful vendors—and volunteers will get free entry and FREE BEER after their shift!
