WHAT IS YOUTH RUGBY

Youth Flag Rugby is a CO-ED non-contact version of Rugby designed to introduce kids to Rugby in a fun and enjoyable way.

I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT RUGBY

It doesn't matter. Rugby is easy for any kid to learn, it has simple rules, and is all about having fun running around with a ball. It’s that simple. Our coaches are Moms and Dads who know Rugby, and who will make sure everyone has maximum fun. To be clear, this is about fun. Everyone plays, everyone scores, everyone wins and everyone has an awesome time. Your kids deserve a break from high pressure sports - heck you deserve a break from high pressure sports.

GIRLS ARE WELCOME

In our experience, Youth Flag Rugby is more fun and interesting for girls and boys when girls join in.  Girls are as athletic as boys at these ages and bring different strengths to the team dynamic that enriches the experience for everyone.  Co-ed is fun and educational for all!
